Quality Presets:

Ultra: This is the full package, and the version the screenshots on the Nexus are taken in.
On my machine, with an i5-3570k CPU and a GTX 1060 6gb GPU, this preset costs me about
3-4 fps. However, your results may vary as I am CPU bound on my setup, and my testing
may not accurately reflect your real world experience. Most likely the presets will
            perform better on your machine.

High: This preset disables Clarity.fx, which is quite expensive and about half of the entire
cost of the Ultra Preset. This means you will miss out on bloom removal, atmosphere
removal, and some highlight contrast. Although, if you prefer the vanilla atmosphere
and bloom, I recommend this one, as the lack of Clarity isn't too noticable unless you
are doing side by side testing. Looks similar, more performant, costs about 1-2 fps.

Medium: This preset switches from live filmic and color temperature calculation, to a static
baked LUT. This means you will get much more performance, with similar color grading.
That being said, I consider this a sacrifice as average scene brightness sampling is
lost, leading to nights that may be darker than intended, and skies that are prone to
being overly bright. The LUT bake means that some dynamic contrast is lost, leading to
the image being slightly flatter. However this sticks out to me in testing, because I
am doing side by side comparison. It's not too terribly noticable, and if you need
high performance, this is a good choice. This preset is about twice as fast as the
High Preset, costing about 0-1 fps.

Low: The absolute fastest version. This is just the LUT, no vignette removal or sharpening.
This is the color grading only, for the people who don't have frames to spare, or want
no drop in performance. LUTs are incredibly cheap to run, and unless you have an
ancient machine, this should cost literally 0 fps.

A note about preset testing:

You can swap presets live without restarting the game, by overwriting the current ReShade
preset and reloading with the "Page Down" key. However in testing I found that I could only
go down in presets, deactivating effects, but not back up in quality. Not sure what that's
about, but apparently if you want to switch to a higher quality preset, that necessitates a
game restart. That being said, you can always open the ReShade overlay with the "End" key, and
toggle effects to customize your preset to your liking. Take note that if you enable LUT
alongside either FilmicTonemap or ColorTemperature, it'll break the preset, doubling effects,
as the LUT is a performance version of those shaders combined.
